friendos is made by one person, so support is me. Write to hello@friendos.me and I’ll answer as soon as I can, usually within a day or two.

Reporting someone or something

In the app, open the ⋯ menu on a post or on a person’s profile and choose Report. I review every report within 24 hours. If it’s urgent or you can’t use the app, email me. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Forgot your password

Email me from the address your account uses and I’ll reset it. A self-serve reset is on the way.

Deleting your account

Settings > Delete account removes everything right away. If you can’t get in, email me from the address on the account and I’ll do it for you.

Common things

• I followed someone and can’t see their photos. Accounts are private. Your request shows as Requested until they accept it.
• Someone is following me and I don’t want them to. Settings > See followers, press and hold their name, Remove follower. Or block them from their profile.
• Where do I see who liked my post? In Activity, the face at the top right of Home. Likes are never shown on the post itself and are never counted.
